What does a Home Inspector Look for?
A home inspector looks for things than can or have caused problems. He will look for structural problems, plumbing problems, water leaks, termite tunnels and damage, insulation, foundation problems, interior and exterior walls, the heating and cooling system and a variety of other things. Any time you are looking at a house to purchase, it is always best to have it inspected first. If problems are found, the buyer may request the seller pay for all repair costs.
