What does a final AIMS report look like?
The AIMS report pack includes a bifold with a bound participant report, a CD giving samples of the supporting Resource Guides available in our Learning Resource Centre and an AIMS Self Managed Workbook for each participant. The accredited feedback giver is also given a copy of the report for use during the feedback session. No other copies of the report will be produced and no feedback will be given to the individual’s boss or organisation unless Ashridge is specifically ask to do so by the individual themselves.
