What does a derma roller do?

0

A derma roller works in two ways. The micro points on the derma roller penetrate the very top of the epidermis causing the body to respond by producing collagen and elastin to ‘repair’ what the body has perceived as damage. The micro points of the derma roller create micro channels to help transport topical creams more effectively into the dermal layer of the skin.
