What does a delegate need to do to arrange their visa for a program to Russia or China?
Delegates will receive the visa procedure sheet and application materials, either from their delegation leader or, if they are alumni, from the program office directly. These will be sent in March. Once received, the delegate will need to complete the application materials and submit them along with their passport, either back to the leader, or directly to the visa service.
