What does a computerised dietary analysis entail?
This service can be provided as part of a standard appointment or as a stand alone service. For dietworks to complete a computerised dietary analysis, a 6 day food diary is sent to you by email or post for you to complete and return. Once the completed food diary is received, the information on your diet is analysed with the aid of a computer package. A report is then written explaining how your diet compares to the recommended dietary guidelines for health. Information is also provided on what healthy changes could be made to help achieve the recommendations for health. To request a computerised analysis of your diet – complete the contact us form and we will send you a food diary for completion. Payment is required prior to emailing or posting the final report to you.
