What does a Cloud Server provide from a support perspective?
We have two service levels: our Core Service and our Managed Service. At the Core Service level, we do not support the software installed on your server. When you order a Cloud Server, you will be given a server with unrestricted access. The Core Service Cloud Server support team will not assist in the installation of software or troubleshooting any kind of issue related to the software installed. Please refer to these videos and documents for more detail on how to get started. If you would like to have a Managed Service Level on your Cloud Servers, we now offer that service.
