What does a camper need to bring to camp?
Here is a partial list of items that a camper might bring: Bible, notebook, bedding for a twin bed or a sleeping bag, pillow, personal care items (shampoo, toothbrush, deodorant, sunscreen, etc.), insect repellant, sturdy shoes (tennis shoes are recommended), a towel, softball glove, swimming attire. Clothing suiting a Christian is required. NO tops or shirts that reveal midriffs or cleavage. No “see thru” clothing. Shorts and skirts must reach the kneecap AT ALL TIMES (sitting or standing). Shirts with slogans or graphics that are vulgar or promote immorality are not allowed. Campers who wear attire not conforming to these guidelines will be asked to change. If they do not have appropriate clothing, their parents will be asked to bring them appropriate clothing or take the camper home. If you have a question or doubt about whether or not an article of clothing conforms to ICYC guidelines, then please DO NOT BRING IT. Space in our cabins is limited, so please do not bring food or drink
