What does a basic subscription to the Success Measures Data System cost and what does it include?
The Success Measures Data System (SMDS) complements the training and technical assistance aspects of the Success Measures program by guiding subscribers through a clear process for conducting a Success Measures evaluation and providing outcome indicators, data collection tools and technology to gather and manage a wide array of qualitative and quantitative evaluation data on community development results. A basic SMDS subscription costs $2,500 a year and includes: • Access to SMDS via the Internet for an unlimited number of users within an organization (staff and other authorized uses) • Ability to create, manage and store an unlimited number of evaluations based on Success Measures indicators and data collection tools. The standard data collection tools may also be customized by subscribers. • Ability to automatically tabulate evaluation data and share it on an evaluation-by-evaluation basis with other organizations using SMDS. • Data security, maintenance, and back-up services on a 2
