What does a 2nd year student do in Covenant Masters Commission?
Our second year program is heavily geared towards leadership training and development. The student goes from being just the recipient of the program to being a part of the leadership team. Our 2nd year are trained to carry several responsibilities such as: leading small groups, scheduling, running events, training, student development, travel teams, and much more. All of this takes place under the guidance of the Covenant Masters Commission staff.
