What does £35 per square foot mean when renting a commercial property.?
In searching for our new space I learned that some landlords list the monthly price per square foot and some list the yearly price per square foot. So on a 1000 sq ft space it would mean either $35K per year ($2916 per month), or $35K per month. Unless you’re looking in the middle of Times Square, that figure is most likely the price per year per foot.
