The AVX-1 hardware device is warranted from defects in materials and manufacturing for 90 days from date of original purchase. The warranty is not provided for units that have been subject to abuse or tampered with. At 16:9Time’s option, 16:9Time will repair or replace a defective unit within the warranty period. Determination of warranty status is entirely by 16:9Time. 16:9Time does not guarantee the compatibility of the AVX-1 with any third-party products.
