What doe it take to get exclusive use of Ashmore Estates?
To get exclusive use of the building a minimum payment for 10 persons is required. We require a 50% down payment to hold the date that your group is interested in. This is on a first come first served basis. Otherwise we may have others accessing the building for tours or other events during the same time period. We offer tours daily and have them whenever the tour group wants to schedule. We also work in the building for events we are holding in the future.
