HDFC Bank Current or Savings account holders need to just submit the application form for the HDFC Bank ForexPlus card and the form A2 (or any other Forex Documentation as mandated under FEMA) If you don’t have an HDFC Bank Current or Savings account, you need to submit the application form for the HDFC Bank ForexPlus card, the form A2 (or any other Forex Documentation as mandated under FEMA) as well as a Photocopy of your current and valid Passport.
