For cohort one and two schools implementing whole school reform and designated as Title I schoolwide programs, the approved Whole School Reform Implementation Plan for these schools is accepted as their Title I Schoolwide Plan. For these schools, their approved Whole School Reform Implementation Plan is also used as their IASA Program Plan and Class-Size Reduction Program Plan. The NJDOE will obtain the approved Whole School Reform Implementation Plans directly from the Office of Program Review and Improvement. For cohort midyear two and three whole school reform schools, the IASA and Class-Size Reduction Applications require the completion of a program plan that includes the goals, objectives, activities and evaluation plans for these schools.
