What documents do I need to provide from MyPay?
You will need to provide the following: – Go to https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx – Access account by entering myPay.gov Login ID and Pin — Select the most recent end-of-month LES — Select Print – Go back to Main Menu – Access Allotments — Print the screen with Ctrl P on keyboard – Go back to Main Menu – Access Direct Deposit (Or Net EFT) — Print the screen with Ctrl P on keyboard – Fax all 4 pages to 1-757-480-0912
