In order to apply to programs through PTCAS, you must fill out an online application and provide the following documents to complete your file: • Official Transcripts from all U.S. regionally accredited higher-education institutions attended • PTCAS application fee payment If required by the program, you may also send the following items to PTCAS: • Up to four references • Foreign transcript evaluations Keep in mind that official transcripts must be sent directly from the registrar or records offices at the programs you have attended, letters of reference must be sent directly from the recommender, and official standardized test scores should be reported directly to PTCAS by the testing companyDO NOT mail or fax a paper copy of your official test scores to PTCAS.
