What documents are sent to the adjudicator hearing the appeal?
The Vice-Chair or Panel receives a copy of the Board file compiled into a case record. All documents sent to the Tribunal with the Notice of Appeal form and the Confirmation of Appeal form are compiled into packages, called addenda, which are also forwarded to the Vice-Chair or Panel. Documents, such as medical reports, should be sent to the Tribunal at least 3 weeks prior to the hearing.
