A. A U.S. employer filing for a skilled worker must file the petition with evidence that the alien meets all Labor Certification requirements, including education, training and experience (the minimum requirement is two years of training or experience). If a U.S. employer is filing a professional petition, the evidence that the alien holds a U.S. baccalaureate degree or equivalent foreign degree must be submitted, as well as evidence that a baccalaureate degree is required for entry into the occupation.
