What documents are required to register my child at Overhills High School?
1) Proof of residency. Your lease agreement or transportation orders will work. 2) Withdrawal from current school 3) Upcoming 9th graders last report card 4) Upcoming 10th and up unofficial transcript (The current school will most likely want to fax a copy of the transcript, but parents are entitled by law to a paper copy of the transcript. Please insist upon obtaining a paper copy.) 5) Proof of custody court order agreement paperwork. 6) Original copy of shot record 7) Birth Certificate 8) Social Security Card 9) Student Military ID 10) If student is IEP (special needs), a complete copy of the students current school records are needed.
