What documents are required to be on file in order to use the MEDxpertise Service?
AMEDx requires a valid Medical License Number and proof of hospital privileges to be enrolled in the service. Additionally, the physician must complete: a MEDxpertise Membership Application, agree to all Terms and Conditions, and complete a HIPAA business associate agreement in compliance with regulation. If you decide to become a local interpreter for your institution, one more agreement, the DxAuthor Software license agreement, must also be completed.
