The Petition cannot be a motion in the pending action for which the attorney seeks pro hac vice admission. (2) Both the attorney filing the petition and the attorney seeking pro hac vice admission must submit separate affidavits in support of the Petition for pro hac vice admission. (3) The attorney seeking pro hac vice admission must complete the Questionnaire for Attorney seeking Admission pro hac vice before the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands and the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands pursuant to Rule 201.
