A No-Fault Divorce is also known as a Section 1A Divorce. The following documents are required: 1. Joint Petition for Divorce, signed by both parties 2. Affidavit of Irretrievable Breakdown of Marriage, signed by both parties under the pains and penalties of perjury. 3. A Separation Agreement signed by both parties and notarized.
