What documents are needed to complete the H-1B petition?
The documents we need depend on the circumstances of each, but generally the following documents and information are needed: • Company (employer) documents and information needed: information about the company such as tax ID. Number, address and phone numbers, current number of employees, gross and net annual income, a description of the job, the salary to be paid, brochure or webpage of the company if available.
