• Social security card. Plus ONE of the following: • Permanent resident card. • Refugee card. • Employment authorization card. Plus ONE of the following, along with your current address: • Valid vehicle registration. • Current gas bill in your name. • Current electric bill in your name. • Current water and sewer bill in your name. • Marriage certificate, civil union certificate or its equivalent and a bill in the name of the spouse or partner in a civil union who is listed on the marriage certificate, civil union certificate or its equivalent.
