What documentation will I need to provide to Toyota Financial Services to receive SCRA benefits?
Toyota Financial Services requires that you provide the following information to determine eligibility: • Your TFS account number • A copy of your military orders notifying you of your activation • Information about the current insurance on the vehicle and where the vehicle will be kept • The name, address, and phone number for the individual who will be driving or caring for the vehicle during your military service • Information and written authorization for a third party to discuss or handle your account on your behalf.
