Request for college transcripts if applicant is seeking transfer of previously earned credit to the Academy Application for Admission Enrollment Agreement (the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required if the applicant is under 18 years of age) Payment of application fee (non-refundable unless applicant is denied admission or cancels application within three days of the school’s receipt of the Enrollment Agreement and application fee) Financial aid application form – Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) www.FAFSA.ed.gov (if applicant wishes to apply for financial aid).
