What documentation / information is required for an overcharge claim?
When the claim is filed, it must identify why you are requesting a refund. The claim has to be specific, stating the reason there is an overcharge. To ensure the claim is valid, TSi Logistics needs to have complete copies of all pricing information. Many of our customers provide this information to us directly when it is available. If the customer does not have copies, we simply go directly to the carrier with approval from our customer and secure the pricing information from them.
