What document protects terrorists or resistance fighters?
no document pertains to them, they fall somewhere between the lines of combatants (geneva conventions) and common murderers…the US policy though is to give them the best of both worlds, where isntead we need to eitehr choose a side and judge them on that or we need to realize that they are not protected by anything and we should just execute them on the spot.
