Wow, vastly different fields! What are you most interested in? I can’t really comment on veterinary technician or interior designing, but I do love food so I’d probably have to say culinary arts. If you have a passion for food and the service industry, then hospitality and culinary arts is the way to go. I hear that AIMS in Bangalore offers a dual degree in association with ALMA, Italy’s  international educational and training centre in Italian Cuisine and I think that’s definitely worth looking into.

culinary arts – the only good money is head chef and then restaurant management and the prospects for new jobs is low in the next 10 years only 2900 head chef jobs are expected to be created. interior design – easier/cheaper to get a degree then culinary arts but most jobs are through self-employment which can be very good when times are good but look at how few homes are now being sold and how few homes are being renovated. working for retailers in home fashion is a prospect as well as working for hotel/motel chains but the income is average to above average depending on job and market. veterinary technologist not an assistant – good income depending on the market and the employer and no matter what happens with the economy people care for the pets. there is always work to be found and satisfaction working with animals. you also have the prospects of employment in theme parks, universities, zoos and wildlife agencies. i would have to say veterinary tech.
