What do you think will happen if the “Superdelegates” override the Popularly voted Democratic Presidential Candidate?”
It would be an absolute outrage. Hillary would steal the election, and there isn’t much anybody can do about it. (other than express the outrage) but Hillary’s campaign machine is well-tuned and is known for pulling of stuff like this. Beyond the superdelegates, there is another big issue looming around. That is, the Florida and Michigan delegates. Party leadership (Howard Dean) stripped both of these states of all their delegates. But now, Hillary wants them to count again because she “won” them. Well, Obama wasn’t even on the ballot in Michigan! It would be like a football ref calling the play dead for a foul, and having the defense stop. You can’t go back and award a TD after the play has blown dead and the defense stops! What a travesty that would be. It is a real possibility because, without the Florida and Michigan delegates, and with the vote so razor thing close after giving Hillary the superdelegates, there is a chance no side gets a majority.
