The Amigo Airsho provides an amazing mix of entertainment for families of El Paso. It truly is the most affordable and diverse event in the region. Were you sad they didn’t use you for the billboard? Not at all- “Annie” came from the illustration on the promotional materials, including the billboard and without the illustration we wouldn’t have had the platform to create Annie. It has been such an amazing rush to have life breathed into Annie, and I’m just lucky that I get to be a part of it. It’s amazing that we have been able to so totally recreate her. People don’t even realize I’m NOT the billboard! (And they don’t recognize the familiar face behind the makeup either.) What is going to be unique and special about this year’s Airsho, besides you?
