What do you think of the Flying Fijians overall performance in the 2008 IRB Pacific Nations Cup?
Our goal for the IRB Pacific Nations Cup was to better our standing from last year. And the games we really wanted to play well were against the New Zealand Maori and the Australia A. The Australia A did not turn out the way we wanted it to. In saying that, I just want to point out the positive outcomes from this campaign. We had a whole lot of young players introduced to the system, guys that have come through the pathway, through the age group, the Under 20, the franchise rugby and now the Flying Fijians. If I must mention names, the likes of Nemia Kenatale, and we have Waisea Luveniyali whom we introduced at the Rugby World Cup in France, and we had Rupeni Nasiga, Josefa Domolailai, Deryck Thomas, Michael Tagicakibau, Sailosi Rabonaqica, Saula Radidi, one of the new guys that really performed during the Colonial Cup and the IRB Pacific Rugby Cup, you also have Timoci Nagusa who has been a revelation this year.
