What do you think of Maxwell house new coffee container, is it earth friendly or what? Not!?
Maybe the container is, but the coffee isn’t. I buy only organic shade grown coffee, which is songbird friendly. Maxwell House and most commercial growers cut down the upper canopy around the coffee plants, reducing the biological diversity of the area, in particular song bird habitat, and necessitating greater use of pesticides, which isn’t what I want around my coffee or for the people harvesting and living in the region. FYI the parent company is being sued over copyright infringement over the container.
