What do you think of fertility meds (clomid)?
Clomid is a wonderful drug and it does work. I have PCOS. I hadn’t even had a period in over 6 months. The Dr prescribed Provera to induce a period and Clomid (25 mg) to make me ovulate. I got pregnant the 1st month. I had asked the Dr about multiples with Clomid. He said he had never even seen twins. Well I showed him. I became pregnant with more than twins (I prefer not to say what though). I am very grateful for Clomid, but I like to tell anyone I see taking it to make sure you are prepared and would be ok with it if you ended up pregnant with twins or more. Most women DON’T have multiples with it, but it can happen, so before taking it you have to accept that chance. Again, I’m not trying to make you change your mind or make you upset, just wanted to let you know it could happen since my Dr lead me to believe it was like a 1 in a million chance and since then I’ve learned that’s not the case.
