Hiya, my friend worked as an avon rep ( and only quit because she went to uni ) and she said that she liked it alot but you must prepare yourself for difficult customers and also to chase up people who do not pay and they advise you not to think of it as a stable wage as it can differ between doing really well (generally summer and xmas time) or not doing so well (just after xmas where everyone is skint lol). She said that you before you decide you would be best going around your neighbourhood (or where ever you want to do it) and ask them if they would be interested in getting avon from you, because if you get alot of no’s then there wouldnt be any point.
