What do you think Latino leader says new immigration law led to racial-profiling incident?

In the first place it isn’t in the Constitution, it is Miranda that states “you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you”. I think this attorney needs to go back to law school. If the majority of illegals were pink then law enforcement would be asking pink people about their immigration status. They are not asking “latinos” about immigration status for racial reasons, they are asking them to enforce the law. If there wasn’t a very large % of hispanics here illegally they wouldn’t be asked about their status when stopped. They have no one to blame but themselves, but they have a large support group that is willing to twist the blame onto US law enforcement. That is one of the best arguments against birthright citizenship. The children are citizens, the parents are not. So the children grow up defending their country & countrymen instead of US citizens. Demanding rights and benefits their parents, extended family members & countrymen do not deser
