What do you think are better? Fancy store bought or home made Christmas ornaments?
Yes, I have both on my tree, and I think it looks great! But, you might consider getting a second tree, if you don’t like the look of them together but still want to use them all. I had a friend whose entire tree was Hallmark ornaments. It was very nice, but I always wanted to ask “so where are the ornaments your three kids have made, or the ones for the pets?”, but didn’t of course. I know many people who have multiple trees in their house (helps if you have a larger house, of course, but trees come in many sizes and you can usually find one to fit in any room!), and that way each tree can have it’s own theme and if you prefer it, you can keep all one style of ornament together with similar style ornaments. I really can’t pick between preferring store bought or hand made, although it would depend on the ornament in both situations. As a decorative artist myself, I have friends who do amazing things for Christmas ornaments, and I would definitely pick those over most store bought ornam
