What do you think about the article, “Cognitive Behavior Therapy Reduces Anxiety in Older Adults”?

Cognitive behavior therapy is direct and can achieve results (reduced anxiety, etc.) in a shorter period of time than most ‘talk therapy’ has been able to achieve. It is patient focused and focuses the patient on using more of a logical approach to changing behaviors and beliefs. For seniors, my sense is that it is more expedient.
