What do you think about Mary Kay letourneau story?
I think that something is wrong with Mary, emotionally. She’s vehemently maintained that she and Vili are “soul mates”, and that their love for each other is sincere and pure. She does not see him as a child at all, and though he is a legal adult now, MOST women her age regard men his age as kids–at least in the sense of having an intimate relationship. I’m a nurse, and while I feel that Mary definitely has some kind of disorder—possibly stemming from her childhood, with her relationships with her father, mother, brother; combined with the unhappiness of her marriage to Steve, the fact that her father had recently been diagnosed with testicular cancer, and she was emotionally vulnerable—I don’t feel Mary has Bi-Polar disorder. Many people, myself included, have been diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder, and MOST people do NOT have inappropriate relationships with children, let alone having sexual relations with them.
