This was selected as Best Answer Fortunately for job hunters there are several larger job boards like Simply Hired that collect job postings from many smaller websites and newspapers and display or deliver them to candidates looking for work. This was a genius idea. At least half of all job hunters are actively employed while they are looking for work. So the job posting collection service offered is highly valued. So honestly, I think the sites above may be overlooked by most job hunters.
