What do you suggest as high energy food for a Duke of Edinburgh bronze expedition?
I haven’t actually done Duke of Edinburgh but i suggest that eating apples, oranges and bananas which have a high natural amount of sugar in them that releases slowly into the body…it keeps me awake in exams… Surprisingly Almond nuts and Figs also release energy as well Sunflower or pumpkin seeds are also high in energy Also fresh fruit juices yogurts and eggs are good sources of energy too.
