To guarantee sterile operation of Bottletop Dispenser / ChemSaver, we recommend inserting a membrane filter into the cone opening on the base of the device. This prevents the autoclaved system from coming into contact with non-sterile ambient air. Sterile PTA membrane filters (0.45 µm) are ideal.
