What do you feel are the major benefits of the Graduate Development Programme?
The major benefit of the graduate programme is the level of support, education and experience. I started the programme at our factory in Listowel, Ireland and from the moment I arrived, I was given 100% support. I was introduced to the other people in the factory and all the people I would be working alongside for the first two to three weeks, and things were taken slowly. I was able to build good relationships which aided greatly in me settling into my new role. These people could be called upon every day and were always willing to get me out of a difficult spot and made sure I always had what I needed at my disposal. My boss watched from a distance but always intervened when I needed it! The IMI modules were really practical but also fun and interactive and taught me everything I need in my role. They also opened my eyes to some of skills we need in everyday life – people skills, daily planning and problem solving; things I previously took for granted. But the greatest benefit comes
