There are 3 Time Flutes available in Colosseum and they can be use on any of the 48 captured Shadow Pokémon in Colosseum in order to completely get rid of their dark gauge however which ones you use them on is up to one’s opinion and personal preference however Tyranitar should be a good choice because its dark gauge takes longer to decrease the normal way.
