What do you do to protect my email address from being picked up via spambots with hosted forms?

Your email address is never put into any of the page code & hence will not be there for any spambots to pick up. Your email address is pulled from your account info when the script needs to know where to send the form results & as such there is never any need to include your email address in the page code.
