Basically you just talk and go over your history and talk about everything. Make sure you bring a copy of all of your medical records with you from your previous doctors and tests you have had done, it will save you time. They will probably schedule testing first if you have not had any done yet, take your BBT Chart with you if you have it. My first visit they scheduled tests out for a whole cycle, I had to go almost once a week, sometimes more often to get blood work and tests done at specific times in my cycle. Then you go see the doctor at the end (the following month) and they go over all the tests and then decide where to go from there and what medications will help you. This was just my experience yours may be different.

You should definitely walk out of there with a clear idea of what you’re going to try, and when. For example, if blood shows x, then we’ll do y. If it shows a, then you’ll have test b.
