When choosing a construction company, one should look for • how big the company is • how many houses and at what quality they are building • if they are providing any show houses to prove their quality • if they are developing the land which is owned by the company itself • if they answer to your questions • if they can keep you updated whilst the construction of house is taking place • if the location that the house is buing built promises future for investment purposes • if they are on time with construction in the previous projects • what the previous customers tell about the company • if they have all the intentions of landscape planing, city planing, and having a site manager on the site for some years after the finalisation of the construction of the site in order to maintain the upkeeping of the site.
