What do white separatists think of the Ku Klux Klan and similar groups?
On Christmas Eve, 1865, in Pulaski,Tennessee the original Knights of the Ku Klux Klan were organized as a secret, indeed “invisible” underground guerrilla army for the overthrow of the Federal occupiers of the Southland. They were ably led by the “Wizard of the Saddle,” Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest, who permanently disbanded the group in 1869 when he correctly saw that the northern yellow journalists were getting more propaganda mileage out of the klan than the southern people were deriving benefits from it.
