Working as your surrogacy agency and your lawyer, we will present candidates and help you select and then contract with an acceptable surrogate. Then we coordinate the artificial insemination or embryo transfer process with qualified physicians and we monitor the surrogates progress throughout her pregnancy. After the baby is born, or in some cases before the baby is born, we will assist you with the court process to obtain a new birth certificate with your name(s) on the birth certificate as the childs legal parent(s).
