What do we do if we order a precoded answer sheet for a student, but the student is no longer enrolled in our school during the test window?
Unused pre-printed, barcoded, or non-pre-printed answer sheets, including pre-printed answer sheets for students no longer enrolled during a test window, are returned to the District Test Coordinator along with all completed answer sheets and test booklets. Answer sheets must be shipped by the Receipt or Postmark Deadline for Shipping to ODE’s Designee identified in the 2010-11 Test Schedule located in Appendix A or the tests will NOT count toward participation.
